All the objects changes the state and color at the given data from SAP. The colors are done by Green, Yellow, Red and Failure. Beside the optical viewing you are able to assign different actions.
As a reaction of changing the color additional function could be activated:

Mail/Sms
 Sending a Mails or Sms at the changing of States
Logging
 Traces ans stores the received data from the SAP-Access
Tag(s)
 Displaying additional Tags at the change of the colors
For example, you can activate different sockets with devices at changing the state via the USB or to display big Tags on the screen.
Switches
 Activates different sockets via USB at changing the states
