By using the free sensor 'SapOdbc SysInfo' based on SapControl, the availability of the involved SAP HANA system is checked. This sensor is part of the 'FreePackages'. In addition to the availability, the current response time is displayed and can be recorded and evaluated in the WhatUp Gold. In case of deviations from the nominal condition, an agreement can be made by WhatsUp Gold.
The "SapOdbc SysCheck" sensor, which is based on SapControl and also part of "FreePackages", displays the current SAP HANA services. This shows the current status of the service. It can be deduced whether all required services for SAP HANA are started and active. In the corresponding monitoring, corresponding reactions can then be assigned.
